- Investment Amount: BDT 1 Million – BDT 35 million
- Repayment Tenor: Minimum 2 Years.
- Maximum Tenor: For Long term
- Machineries: 7 years or life of machine -whichever is less
- Purchasing commercial space or take over facilities in any
- Other branch: 12 years (of life of the property - whichever is less)
- Profit Rate : 9.00%
- Processing Fees:
- Up to BDT 50 Lac Max. 0.50% or not exceed BDT 15,000 & for above BDT 50 Lac Max. 0.30% or not exceed BDT 20,000 whichever is lower.
